Slaarion spawns in a building at the end of the dungeon, on the first floor.
This creatures is also a part of the The Mage's Inquisition Quest.
Slaarion has a chance to drop the Portal Map, which can be used to access the Elven Note Stone to purchase Imprisoned Pets and other items.
