Twisted Weald

Twisted Weald is a relatively small area, broken up into three section: Upper, Desert, and Lower. Twisted Weald is home to Dreadhorn, a Dreadhorn, which drops a decent amount of gold and has the chance to drop looted weapons and some decorative items.
It is located in Ilshenar, inside the mushroom caves west of Spirituality Shrine
