This item is obtained via a quest in the Mistvale Safe Haven.
Assist Mistvale's foremost merchant and receive an item bless deed. This quest can be repeated every 2 weeks and may be completed in tandem with the Armaments, Sash, Cloak, and Reaper quests.
You will first be asked to collect 4,000 each of Ash, Zircote, Yew, Ebony, and Oak boards. Then you will collect 4,000 each of Regular, Spined, Horned, Barbed and Daemonic leathers.
