I do have some trees, snow and maybe some mistletoe you can buy/have. I need to save some for my deco house because I imagine +N will have a christmas deco contest ( this is my first christmas here so I'm not quite sure what happens) but I will PM you ingame when I figure out what I need and what I can part with
