NOT-A-BUG Boats won't Refresh

I like my fishing spot but i have to pull the boat all the time to refresh it, the opening the gang plank to refresh does not work. :( I have lost a few boats to that.

i've taken a look at the scipt and found that they infact do refresh when you open the plank. The boat decay timer is 9 days.
