Both of em are drops from Doom

Both of the items you seek are artifact drops from the Doom Guantlet.
Doom artifacts appear in your pack as you kill monsters in the guantlet.
To get in there, you have to do The Quest for the Golden Skull,
collecting 1000 daemon bones and turning them into the quest giver.
Once you turn them in, you'll have to kill some bone demon for the skull.
DO NOT claim the corpse before you have the chance to click to open the corpse.
Once the person that recieved the quest, and turned in the bones, clicks on the corpse, the skull will appear in their pack.
Next you must carry the skull southward near the river, ring the bell, and give the skull to Cyloth, or whatever is his name.
Be in a party if you're in a group, because you will be teleported onto the boat to cross to the guantlet at this point.
