Good evening, gentlemen!
Can not understand, statcap equal to 300 or 350? All stats will be 100 or one can be raised up to 150? If yes, is it worth to raise the strength or Dexterity will be more useful?
Thank You!

the base stat cap is 300 with a maximum of 125 per stat.
This means you can have 125 str, 125 dex, 50 int or any combination adding up to 300 (excluding +stats on gear).
You can get scrolls to increase your stat cap by +5 to +50. These scrolls do not stack so you have to get a +50 to have 350 cap.
This means you can have 125 str, 125 dex, 100 int or any combination adding up to 350 (excluding +stats on gear).
There are also individual stat cap scrolls. These are bought with EDs and increase your stat cap on a specific stat by +5 up to +25 total. These scrolls stack.
This means you can have 150 str, 125 dex, 25 int (assuming 300 stat cap) or any combination adding up to your maximum stat cap. These individual scrolls do not increase your maximum stat cap.

Adrias thanks a lot, now I understood.
if I use kryss normally would for me 150dex, 125 strength and 25 int?

Well, for natural stats leveling up STR past the 100 cap doesn't do you a whole lot. STR past 100 only awards .5 HP per point of STR (though STR from items is 1.5 per point), where as Dex you still get a 1 stam per point of dex no matter where it's from, natural points or items. Dex has the added benefit of being able to use bandages faster as well, so it's pretty vital compared to STR.
Stamina determines swing speed, so with a very fast weapon like a Kryss which has a naturally fast swing speed you might already be at the swing speed cap with only 100 dex, and might only be doing 11-13 damage. So if you get to say 150 dex you may want to pick a weapon that is naturally slower, but will still hit the swing speed cap due to text, and has a higher base damage like 13-15 for example. Ultimately when you get to like 200 dex or so through items you'll want to be using a weapon with a really slow base speed like a warhammer, since you'll still be swinging at the swing speed cap, and also have that huge base damage that a warhammer has 17-18.
