For now, please do not complete quest books. You can add the non-blessed key items into the books just to keep them secure, the quest books themselves are not faulty. I am going to work on the rewarding system over the course of the day. I will re-post when it is safe to turn them in.

You may now turn in your quest books at your leisure. Notice that having an unfinished quest book next to the corresponding reward NPC will make it ask you to only come with one of their quest books, and that book must be completed. Also, the Sgail wiki page has been updated with NPC information.
