Not sure this is in the right area but is the enchanted rune book bugged? I was under the impression it was unlimited use. I see a counter for 9999 charges. Is it supposed to at some point recharge those charges and just isn't working as hoped yet?

Yep once it gets low enough it will shoot back to 9999. Once the new updates are in, it will periodically be recharged to a random amount of charges.

Just checking, when i asked in chat was told it wasn't working like that and someone had to page staff to refill it. Can think of much better things then that to use a page for.
