Bio Attacks

Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended. When you have your Bio's attack (command it to attack) they use thier attack specials and counters. When they are guarding you and attack they only use thier counters.

hmm, well i havent checked the code, but since it's selective and it makes sense, i'd say this is pretty much intended. when it attacks, it really attacks. when it's just there guarding, it just does the counter moves.
