For Sale: Trammel Castle

Offered for sale: a Castle in a forest clearing south of Yew. There are plenty of castle spots in the Malas clones but Trammel Castles rarely come up for sale, especially Trammel castles which are not in the swamp. You haven't "made it" on Excelsior until you own a castle in Trammel. If you'd like to move a grandfathered castle to Trammel or just want a cool castle, this is your chance.

Mild spawn. 4688 item storage.

Asking: 10M gold or 210ED. Includes castle as placed (worth 865,250 gold).

At your option, I will build goza-mat stairs to the battlements prior to transferring the house. You can also reach the battlements with yard-wand stairs or house-to-house teleport deeds from the deco room.

Beware that you need two free house slots to accept this castle. If you're moving an existing castle, I can at your option drop the castle for you clearing the way for you to move yours.

You can recall (teleport) to the house from the rune locked down next to the Zookeeper vendor at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain as shown below. Just use the World Teleport to go there, cast recall and target the locked-down rune.
