There is no immediate monster spawn in this safe area and the castle immediately to the west is IDOC (In Danger of Collapse) so there's a good chance you can add to this location after the next IDOC event.
Built on grass in the desirable Trammel facet, the castle is composed of two keeps with goza mat staircases, connected by a 13x18 custom house done in a similar style. Each keep has a goza-mat staircase built for roof access. You can easily walk between the three houses without going outside.
Price included 2 x 573k gold keeps, one 132k 13x18 custom house, about 400k gold of customizations, 2 x 50ED house merges and the as-built goza-mat stairs to the crenelations.
