Advice on Weapon

I finally finished my quarter staff with base 5x46 (cold area, harm, hll, hla, hml). If I was to sell it, what would I be able to get? Otherwise, I might just relay it into a 1H. I am thinking about adding it 50% fb and lightning, 20sdi, 8str, 4% harm to make it 50%. this will leave me with 7 points left. I am still relatively new and want to make sure I do the right thing here. Thanks
