ok iv done the postal quest in mistvil but i cant find the mailbox on the vendor stone like is says you can buy. are we still using them or how does it work about reciving mail from other players in you address book

There is a mailbox in Brit. Drop mail in there to send to a player after you have addressed it. When you receive mail, it will go directly into your bank.
