Portal Help

When I try to login on the portal link (portal vs 1.0) off the shard website I'm able to login fine, but when I choose my default character it logs me off. It won't let me post or look at any chat without a character selected. Upon logging in again it resets, and asks me to set my default character again. On portal vs 2.0 it just sits trying to login before saying "server is currently unreachable, try again later". I'm using google chrome, if anyone using that knows how to get it working I'd appreciate it!

Try using firefox to see if the problem is residing in your browser, there is a very large amount of program incompatibility with chrome and it says in the Portal " firefox compatibility", so try switching browser first to see if it fixes it.

It will not fix your browser but it may fix the portal access problem

Saw that also, and tried it, but had the same issues as on chrome.

Hey, it's a server side bug and can be manually fixed. Best to send an in-game help ticket and i'll see what can be done.
