For now, if you have nothing better, you can look for Spell Woven Britches, and Song Woven Mantle they are relatively cheap and has a lot of resists. Later you can look for gem of completion armor, all of that will allow you to get pretty good on resists and other stats. Before you save up for that relayer.

I'm trying to replace my gem armor. I'm currently wearing the tunic and arms. Everything else almost is relayered.

i have this which i *may* sell for the right price, its my 2nd relayer but i dont have the ED yet. it was an x 14 14 14 14 base and took a month or so to fully level lol
