Questlog must say all you need,unfortunately don't remember tasks for belt colors. But If there will be some problem just ask players in worldchat, if you ask question about task, most will remember what to do. As read in forums some guilds must have books, with tasks written in. Perhaps there is also forum guide, but its much results with name karate in forums. Yes its a questchain, so you cannot get it before filling other quests, think they had names or appearances talking for themselves, so shouldn't be much problems finding which belt is next. Chiv, don't want to lie but believe that one was with skill elixiers for 120.

I started the task on the white belt, I followed the directions but after 2 hours I collected neither material nor needles, are there any chances of getting hit?

mhm think it was part in stables near britain also remember there was something in paddock bit south from those stables. if its same quest what i think (needles in stack of hay) or something like that.Also you must always check its in fel or trammel.

the needle part is somewhere around brown belt or red belt level

the white belt he needs to be killing white widows/white scorpion they are somewhere around tokuno

there are instruction booklets with marked runes at the DRG guild house for each belt type

Go to the RGB Vendors teleporter, then go East a bit - there are all the belts on a table as well as runebooks for the points of interest (where possible) and a book that explains how to do the quest.
