your bridging needs work and your stance is too wide

Maybe Geriatric, but I do just fine, and I stand 6'2, so the stance might be odd to you, but helps me get down low enough for my "perfect" bridge.

you still want the base of your hand on the table for a stable bridge unless your reaching over another ball
