Lol well where else are you going to get a regular chair, it's easier to put it there as loot than to properly reconfigure the crafting menu.

I like how these videos show the game from the viewpoint of the player... basically here it would be more immersive to have every creature have a heart, but then we can make up something more realistic like a 20% chance to carve it out intact. But 20% drop is much easier to code, since a 20% chance to carve probably requires the game to be edited in 3 places.
