There are many custom graphics here. Very common to have a customized client on free shards.

why no use uocassic from the game?

Strictly speaking, we do use the classic client. That's why you can swap our software for Orion as some folks have done. However, the graphics files have been heavily customized so regardless of which UO client software you use, you have to use the graphic files bundled with our client. If you don't, large parts of the game which rely on those custom graphics will malfunction for you.
