+skill Carpentry gloves

Is there something broken or do these not exist? I have never seen any +skill carpentry gloves.

I am thinking its broken like the smith BOD was broken. For some reason it appears the gloves have been taken out of the reward table..

I haven't seen any at all, +1, +3 or +5 in the almost year I have been here. I think the only ones floating around are from years past.
