These seafront keeps have more than 6000 secure storage between them and require 1 house slot each. There is no immediate monster spawn but savages spawn about one screen south of the southern keep. This is also that rarest of birds: a Trammel spot which fits a Castle. Personally, I prefer Keeps so that's what I've put here but you're welcome to take them down and erect a castle if you like.
The price includes 2 x 573k gold keeps and the as-built goza-mat stairs to the crenelations.
The yard wand bridge will be removed after you buy it so that you can place your own. The yard wand floors are "Floor 1." They cost 30k each and there are 10 of them. The fences are "Wood 2N," 10k each and there are 12 of them. Both are in the left blue tab and then the left-most blue top tab in the yard wand. If you replicate the bridge exactly it'll cost you 420k gold. You don't want my yard wand items because you can't change them. Yard wand items can't be traded between players.
