5 house plots for sale Joined

Selling 5 houses all 18 by 18 joined in Trammel. Can be found on the world porter under shops with a book locked down with how far each house is dropped. Asking 1000 EDS

So it's 250ed for the sinking plus 200ed cost for joining the 5 plots. Total cost is 450ed which means 550ed for 5 plots?

no it is 50 eds to join each plot that is 250 eds total. 50 eds to drop foundation for a total of 250 eds all 5 houses 50 eds to drop first floor i have 3 at that for 150 eds total, second floor drop is 100eds total i have 2 at that, and 3rds floor down is 100eds i have 1 at that so total for all of it plus that cost of placement of the houses. so the total after adding it all up is as follows 250+250+150+200+100= 950 eds and i am adding 50 eds to that for the placement of all the houses for the total of 1000eds

The basement levels is important info that you should probably include in the original post. Also, you don't pay the 50EDs on all 5 plots, but just on 4. You merge the 1st with the 2nd (1 merge), then with the 3rd (2 merge), then with the 4th (3 merge), and lastly with the 5th (4 merge). So 200ED there.

if go to the houses on the world porter everything is spelled out there the house are not in a row but squared off so it cost me 100 eds to join one of the houses to the others so it cost me 250 eds in total

There's no way it could cost you more than 200ed in merging. It's just not mathematically possible.

It doesn't cost you 100ed to merge a plot onto 2 others...it's just 50ed. I have a 45+ plot home...trust me I know. LOL

If this was merged before the new house system went in to effect, the admin who did the merging may well have charged as claimed. Under current costing, the asking price is around 5M gold over cost. That's in line with what similar-sized plots in Trammel have sold for in the past 6 months. Trammel is the prestige real estate after all.

If you wanted to move a grandfathered castle to Trammel, you could spend the tokens moving these plots elsewhere and then shift the castle in their place. Total cost of that operation would be around 40 ED. There are only so many places castles fit in Trammel and unless I missed something in the IDOC none of the rest are available. If you shifted a castle, there's enough room to put a keep and a castle side by side.

I also note that there's room to add an additional 17x18 on the north side of this property offering up a 6x house plot in Trammel. It's not a rectangle but you don't want a rectangular McMansion anyway. Give your house some wings.

Still... 1000ED is a big ask all at once. Even when it gives fair value. It would be easier to sell this in a couple months when the Christmas bonus is active and folks are flush with ED.

yes this was merged before the new system went into place as I have been on this shard for 9 almost 10 years and did all this long ago the over time when you had to page a GM to have it done and have them moved around to what ever spot you wanted them something that i did as room became available to me.
As for moving the houses I do not want to do that i just want to unload them as i spend most of my time at my shop and other houses in Malas and there is no room there to move 5 18 by 18 house next to my Vendor shop that i can hook them up to
