A&E July Grand Silent Auction!!

It is that time again! Another A&E GRAND Silent Auction is open for bids.

Once again we moved and expanded our auction hall. It is super easy to find! No searching for house gates or having to mark a rune, just use the world teleporter! (Although there IS a house gate there) We are listed under the shops tab "A&E Silent Auction" You can also use the tan tile from A&E Pawn and Jewelry to get here.

Roughly 60 Lots spread across 2 floors of our massive new AH. There are numerous complete sets of one kind or another being auctioned. Basically if it is on a table with one bulletin board, then everything on the table is included.

DOORPRIZE! That's right, there's a doorprize again! Each person who make a valid bid on any item will receive one entry for the doorprize. The winner will be drawn at random. The prize is a HUGE ruined painting.
Perfect for that man cave. The painting is on display outside of the front door. The doorprize winner will be announced after we have tallied all the bids, so within an hour or two from the close of the auction.

Official Auction Rules

1. The auction will run from 17:00 Shard time (noon CST) on July 12th until 17:00 Shard Time on July 19th. At exactly 1700 the Auction House will be made private and no more bids taken.

2. Each lot has it's own bulletin board. Bids will be taken on bulletin boards only Use the arrows on the boards to scroll through the bids before bidding. There is no reserve on any item, and the low low starting bids are on the front page of each bulletin board. Improper bids and posts will be removed. Posting anything not a bid or inappropriate will result in immediate expulsion from the auction and current bids removed.

3. There are no bid increments. Bidding 1 gold over the highest bid is discouraged but still allowed. We hope all bidders will be reasonable.

4. At the end of the auction, all winning bidders will be notified via PM of their win and the amount due for each lot. Players will then have 2 days to respond and claim their item. If the item is not claimed, or the winning bidder does not respond the item will be offered to the 2nd highest bidder at their highest bid price. The runner up has no obligation to buy, but does have the option. Also, any player not claiming their winning bid will be barred from bidding in the next auction. Repeat offenders will be banned from any further auctions. There is currently nobody barred from this auction. This will be at A&E's discretion, so just communicate with us if there's an issue.
