My Dread Flute off Dreadhorn doesn't have the replenish feature, working as intended?

I never thought it did replenish.. i saw where someone posted that it did but i dont think it does.

Well maybe b/c we have 'flute of renewal' in assortment then thats why the dread flute doesn't work like OSI. Not sure, but my dread flute never replenishes. I wish it did! lol.

I wish i was paying attantion when i got mine. I just figured it replenished and next thing i knew it was gone....i never would have used it lol but the sound is great 
If it is worth doing at all, it is worth doing well.

That's the thing, if it's not renewable.. then it's basic purpose would most likely end up being deco. Flute of replenishing has only 300 charges, where the dreadhorn flute has 700 charges.. So maybe it's like an exceptional crated flute + slayer flute.
