It has a spell, which is good, HLD which is good, HLA which is neutral/bad and no hit Mana Leech, making with worth.... not much. I would be looking at a mil maximum. From 300k - 1mil would be a fair price... it's not too bad of a wepaon, obviously on a better base weapon it's worth much more.
