The Orange Belt quest, one of the drops is "Lord Blackthorn's Invasion Snow-Globe." So, the snowy scene would be something else.

"A Snowy Scene of Lord Blackthorne's Castle" is one of the winter quest rewards for elf and reindeer quests. it looks like a regular crystal ball and there are about 30 different names.
