Hello! This is an appreciation post to say thank you to the admins, GMs and players of this shard, and to also share with you my joy at crafting my first relayer!
I'm not very active (if at all) on world chat but I have been on this shard for just over two years (although only 63 days played time). You can usually find me deep in the dungeons of Fel or standing triumphantly over the corpse of a Balron, or simply chilling in one of the houses that I love to build. I play this game to relax and love pottering around and exploring the world at my own pace.
In my 20 years of online gaming, I have found this shard to be one of the best run communities I've ever had the pleasure play on. I say this from a gaming experience that includes 6 years of leading a World of Warcraft raiding guild and playing Ultima Online back in 1998 when The Second Age came out. This shard and this game really is the only game I have found to encapsulate the essence of RPG in the MMORPG genre.
So thank you to the tireless work that is done by the GMs and admins of this game and thank you to the many loyal players that make Excelsior a great place to rest, relax and slay some monsters. I bid you success in your travels and the best of luck in whatever it is you enjoy doing.
Happy hunting,
Pek

Re: My first relayer, thank you!
Thanks guys. I see how amassing relayers can be so addictive now
Though one question, can you equip the kilt while you have leg piece and a half apron (crimson cinture) on? If you can't then I think my next relayer piece would be my legs. Currently wearing a player crafted piece.

Yes you can, a kilt is in skirt slot, a half apron in belt slot and legs obviously in legs slotPek wrote:Thanks guys. I see how amassing relayers can be so addictive now

For legs slot, consider doing the Sgail quest for Gleam Aura Leggings, awesome pants

Re: My first relayer, thank you!
This. Though the experience is far different from farming, I still wear the legs and likely won't replace them despite having relayers in nearly every other slot. It will cost you about 5-10 mil for resources, you'll likely need a few friends, and be prepared for many deaths, but the legs are outstanding and it's a completely different experience than most of the rest of the shard.Gaara wrote: For legs slot, consider doing the Sgail quest for Gleam Aura Leggings, awesome pants![]()
