Question about housing

I've seen some really neat housing like the Space Station and some on mountains. How does a player go about getting something like that? Is it special rewards or a bought staff service or ?? Just wondering cause I'm a build/decorating junkie hehe.

Houses located on unique locations such as mountains, water, stars, and even LAVA are purchased at grand auctions or won through 30 day raffles.

Hehe.. just got the LAVA part... Yep the LAVA Shop too. So I'll just continue to drool over those lol.
