I have tried to update a couple times now and, not able to. Still have used spots & no figures.
Not sure how to get this to work , really tired of all the black items and blurred stuff.

I had the same problem, finally sorted it out when I re-downloaded the complete client and reinstalled. Probably your best bet.

Thanks Ishamael I did it finally don't know for sure what I changed this time but, it's working no more black
