Just to clarify, the leeches and lower defense do not transfer to a relayer either. The only stats that would be counted if this weapon were to be relayered is the damage increase (capped at 100%) and SSI of 35% (which caps at 60% or can be capped at 237 dex I believe).

I'm now a bit confused because Zar Ivan told me that SSI caps at 40%. Anyone know the real number???

According to UO Stratics its 60. I know it's not always right here. I thought it was 60 though.

I guess its only important to consider when starting out in the game. I noticed someone leveling a berserkers maul as their first relayer and had to say something to the person, as well as ask more about it (SSI). Also I want to apologize to grunger for creating this tangent, even though it is naturally bumping his post.
