Hit Points needed for Grizzle?

I looked through the forums but couldn't find an answer to this. How many hit points do you need to tank Grizzle with? I currently have 235 in angel form, but he keeps one-shotting me. It isn't his Mortal Strike that kills me, I can run away when that happens.

I have 238 Dex in angel form, so can insta-heal.

My Str items are:
earrings - +8
Spirit of the Totem - +20
Royal Hive Robe - +10
Crimson Cinture - +5

Should I try crafting some rings and bracelets with +8dex and +8str?

I tried a Cu Sidhe, but couldn't heal it fast enough or ran out of mana.

I have the GoC chest, but no relayers yet.

Any input in this is appreciated.

what are your resists? he hit me for 182 at max and then most hits were weak hits ?

i suppose if he got 2 off real fast at max hit it would kill you quickly

I have 322 hp with bless and almost insta heal but a few weeks ago out of nowhere the black screen came up saying I was dead against Grizzle. I had no lag at the time so that goes to show that at that level of HP, he still can get you with the right combo of hits, but like I said, first and only time. So, if you shoot for 300 with insta heal, you should be pretty good for majority of things except fire breath mobs.

I agree that if he hits you with an attack that goes against a weak resist, he could easily damage you for over 200 hp's.

My Resists atm are:
Physical - 67
Fire - 56
Poison - 70
Cold - 53
Energy - 37


I know, they are pretty low. I was thinking of trading out my Arms of Tactical Exellence for a high resists crafted piece, since I still have enough Dex in Angel form.

Ok, I ditched my Arms of Tactical Excellence and Gloves of the Pugists and got some good resists crafted gear. I'm at 70/70/70/70/70. I'll try Grizzle later today and see how often I die.

If Stratics is right, he does:

60% Physical Damage, 20% Fire Damage, 20% Energy Damage
Also seem, his weakest resist is on poison.
Maybe worth a try with a maxxed rune beetle.

Ok, killed Grizzle and no deaths. Didn't even come close. Was hitting me for around 35. Guess it was the resists then.
