Gem Pouch Problem

I have an issue where my gem pouch opens (content screen) from my main pack every time I recall. I've searched the forum and haven't seen anyone report this issue, is anyone else having this problem?

It's also opening randomly when I go through teleporters.

In razor go to the display/counters tab and check never auto-search pouches.
