Patching Troubles with UOG

Hey guys, I've been having some problems patching the server using UOGateway. Everytime I try to reset the patches and re-patch, I get an error message saying
"A Problem Occured in the program

Class: mClient

Function: ApplyMUOPatch()

Description: Path/File access error"

I haven't been able to "Ignore" this error, I'm forced to abort the instalation, after which I run the client and it locks up at the "Verifying Account" Screen. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Odd, what client version do you use? For UO. The newest Gateway should be fine as far as I know.

I believe it's Patch 33, 5.0.6c. Should I be using a different one, because this onme worked a week or so ago.

Hey there, my best guess is reinstalling UOG and possibly UOgateway.

If that still doesnt work, connect with Razor (you need version 1 of razor to be able to connect here). If you intend to do so, i suggest you patch with http://patch.uoex.net/patch-b-manual.rar

Oddly enough, I actually use the newest razor and connect with no issues, I just don't use gateway.

I figured it out. On another computer I'm only running patch 32, 5.0.6b and it works great, I just apparently have to back my patching up one step on my computer at home. Thanks for the help guys.

That's really odd, I use 5.0.6c and it works just fine.

Even 506d should work fine i think, i believe that it's 508 that has the new connectivity standard and is therefor uncompatible with RunUO.
I however suggest patching to a lower version (about 504), but that is yet to be tested. It will all be nicely explained on the website once it's done.
