How do i get to the noob dungeon? I need directions plez.

Enter at red teleporter then Custom/ training room and then u'll see gate behind u also there are trainers down the stairs in training room, here u can up ur stats and up fighting skills till 75 good luck

Correct. Step on a red shield (World teleporter) and choose "Custom" on the left, then " Training room" on the right.
The New Player Dungeon is through the Orange gate. Head south in there to talk to the guy for the rat quest, and kill rats in the eastern house from him. There are other mobs down there to kill also =]
