a. It's now possible to own a "store". Next to the vendor market (official UoEx market) and the currently most popular player-run market, the TAG Mall, i hope this new area will soon get more sellers.
Llexa thougt of making a sort of a store where she could display clothes on manequins, so i thougt the best way to do it would be to use that all free space we got around the halls.
b. This has been available for some time, but hasnt been official. If you check under "housing", it's possible to get your housegate dyed to any color you wish.
