Tokuno stealables

Thanks to +Trinity and +Surt, we now have tokuno stealables. They can be found around Tokuno, dungeons, forrests, misc buildings and towns. Some of the artifacts spawn in multiple locations. Some are about a 1-2 day spawn, some are a weekly spawn.

You need at least GM stealing skill to be able to actually steal the item.
