Beggar's Reward

While helping out the local Brit Beggar with 1000 gp at a time, I received a reward called Artikal's Taming Place. It is a rune, but the message I receive when I try to use it is "You are not allowed to travel there". How can I get permission? :)

It's basically a bug that you can't (will be fixed)... But until anything spawns there, it's not very useful anyway. Once that place starts running, the rune will definitely work. Until then, just keep it in a safe place.
