I’ll trade you a +10% to any stat deed for your Change X to Y. No player has ever owned a +10% seed other than me. The value is in the ability to go over the 60% max. Using the X to Y deed on anything you have now is not a great idea…as you’ve been told.

Go to the auction room in TC and click on the stone. There's a button that says auction history. You can track all the prices on there.
