Same here. I logged on this morning, was able to game for about 45 minutes and then suddenly froze up. I was able to log back in and recall to safety, but since returning to town each time I try to connect the screen loads and I can take maybe 3 steps before everything freezes again and I eventually ...

I used to play here back around 2010 but RL got in the way and I had to take a break. I was delighted to discover that Excelsior was still alive and kicking! I'm looking forward to getting back into the groove and staking out a little plot of land where I can rebuild my mighty fishing fleet!

I would absolutely love it if there were pre-announced house drops! I always enjoyed running around like a crazy person, snatching up little trinkets and tidbits (and the occasional nice item). Any chance this will be reinstated?

I was also wondering about the beehives. In particular, I would like to know whether the yellow + next to the plants and water icons was a bad thing. Should I try to get it to a green plus, and if so, is there a general ratio of beehives-to-plants/water that I should follow? Thanks!
