Ok, what's the most qwerty-plant worthy fail you have ever achieved in Excelsior, Mine is logging off and leaving my imps out. Lost 2 maxxed imps that way.

When I was creating the patch for Excelsior, I spent a month working on updating it after I'd taken a long break from the process - only to realize I'd spent that month working on files that were corrupt from the start. Lost all the work and had to start the patch over.

Curiosity abounds regarding the sudden server outage... there seems to have been many players who were dropped out during a most inconvenient time, will the server be rolled back to the last world save before the crash? Or will some other method be used after it comes back up?

In my time here ive only seen one server downtime before this, and it did roll back to the last server save. Tbh i think it could not be done any other way but i am not excessively up on these matters. Just know that in all my years on osi i never had a four month period where i lost my connection due to server issues only twice. Was at least a once a week issue on one or the other servers i played on.

The server (windows) is up, but UO not yet working, i'd say not much more than half an hour at this point, depending on circumstances.

I shall look for pets and corpses when it's up. We will revert to last save anyway.
