Housing Services
Placement of house and other objects around it
A Staff Member helping you place a house on terrain, which can include small rocks, dirt patches and other obstacles, that would otherwise make a regular player unable to place a house there. Houses cannot be placed on uneven terrain or hang over water, lava, etc. There must be at least 1 tile walkable space on every side of the house. There must be at least 2 tiles walkable space on either side between the plot and another house. There must be 7 tiles to the front or back between the plot and another house.
- 50,000 tokens and the gold fee of the plot
A Staff Member puts one house foundation next to another
Note that only houses owned by the same player may be merged together.
- 50 ED
An [admin] sinks your house into the ground for a full floor
- 100 ED per house per floor. Not all locations can have floors sunk.
(to sink just the foundation, a deed on the ED stone is available for 50 ED)
A staffmember helping you move your house
- 100,000 gold pieces for a smaller distance (within the screen).
- 200,000 gold pieces for a larger distance.
This is because it's simpler to a GM to move the house and it's contents, rather than you having to spend a whole afternoon of effort with 5 packies. All yard items must be removed by the player prior to requesting the move.
Note: Doing so may require that you clear your client cache to see everything properly. Instructions on doing that if needed can be found at the Clearing Client Cache Page.
House Placement Rules
- No object can stick out from the foundation (including the stairs).
- There must be at least a 1-tile wide walkable space between the house and an impassable terrain (such as water or mountain),
- The house can only be placed in a region where it's otherwise possible to place a house.
- The house must have 2 tiles walkable space to the East and/or West between it and another house.
- The house must have 7 tiles walkable space to the North and/or South between it and another house.
Spawners
It is possible to have a staff member place a spawner in or near your house This section will be updated due to changes made on the shard for setting up spwaners yourself
- 200,000 gold pieces
The buyer decides whether the aniamsls will be either tamable - regular spawn - up to 3 animals per spawn.
You can also have a special spawn (immortal-nontamable with a custom name) placed.
- 400,000 gold pieces per one animal.
Regular spawn: cat, dog, rat, farm animals, great hart, hind, crane, birds, cougar, panther, wolves, echee
Special spawn: all regular spawn, including: ferret, squirrel, gaman, love birds, heartwood echee, flamingo, wraith, skeleton, headless, mongbat, imp, baby bellhop
A player can buy up to 10 of these spawners (you will only be given a spawner if the sum of regular and special spawners doesn't exceed this number).
Moving an existing spawner costs 100,000 gold pieces (regular, special, or NPC spawner).
It is possible to trade a pesonal spawn (including NPCs) if both the buyer and seller are present, facilitating the trade costs 100,000 tokens (moving fee not included).
Leave a book with the details of what type of spawn and any other relevant information regarding what you would like locked down at the exact location you would like the spawners placed.
