The beggars (Pictured Below) in Britain may just look like common peasants, but if you are nice enough to them, and keep giving them enough gold, they may reward you with an artifact.
List of Rewards
Rune: This is supposed to be to "Artikal's Taming Place" where you can tame a secret animal. But this rune gives the message "You are not allowed to travel there." and is not in service at this time.
Wall Torch: Cool decoration for your walls in your house. (Comes in both directions)
Whip: Cool decoration for your house.
Poof Ball: When double clicked can make the "poof" visual effect the staff make.
