I'm fairly sure you can't have hit fireball/hit lightning/hit marrow at the same time from a drop/craft. HML/HSL/HLD are usually sought after.
Also hharm is still useful on yumi's late game as you probably won't be running away from most monsters. (reflect phys damage increases your dps)

Good point about harm! You are pretty much right. I normally stay close to the stuff even with the bow lol
Also, I didn't mean for the weapon to have all of those +Hits, just that those are the ones I prefer a few of those

Only weapon I believe that comes with both Fireball and Lightning on it from the start is the ancient war hammer (4x58) sold at grand auction. Otherwise Styxx is correct, a drop/craft can't have two hits on it. What is possible I believe is a hit + area or hit + dispel. Also notable is NME's 5x58 (base) looted war hammer, so make sure to check those corpses.
