Inspired by a lil' world chat conversation i thought to write it out loud: why not make the flesh eating dragon have a small chance to drop something useful (organics/ointments/stuff like that). 20 gp doesn't seem right considering it one shots people with 400-something hp

If you're referring to the ones in Wrong Felucca, they do have a chance to drop something rare. If i remember well it's some kind of mushroom. Otherwise i do agree about your statement xD

I didn't make any changes to the mob itself, only added to its loot table

This may sound like a dumb question (because it is), but how do you get to it to loot it? I can claim all it I suppose, but there's just something about standing over that skull and crossbones...
