Dear All,

Some of you may have seen it already, but the LAVA SHOP - WATER HOUSE (accessed through the green tile on in front of the LAVA SHOP on the world teleporter) has on display 20 items which range from new player items to mid level player items. The idea is for players to display their items for a silent auction. A description on both submitting an item for bidding and placing a bid can be found in the books on the ground floor of the Water House. In general, the items must have some value. Also a 5% commission will be charged to the item sold (only when minimum bid is reached) to cover mainly the ongoing operational expenses (town criar, cost of inboxes, etc). No commission or charge if the item remains unsold.

The auction will run once a month for around 15 days at least, with the first silent auction running from July 15 - July 31 and the following from on around August 1 - August 31, etc. Please [PM Alejandro if you want to submit item(s) for this or the next auction. Please only submit a maximum of 3 items to allow for other players to submit items. This will run as long as items keep selling and sufficient bids are placed. Since this is the first time, some changes may occur going forward to improve it further. I will also have a co-owner check for validity purposes to insure full confidence in the process.

1st round of auction ends today so make sure to submit your bids for some cool, new player, mid player and higher end items.

Thank you to all the participants. Over 50 bids were submitted. All the winners have been messaged for them to pay and pick up their items. Next auction will run till August 31st with all items to be displayed at the latest on August 15th. Green Tele to access the Silent Auction Room will be up and running in front of the LAVA SHOP once all winner have picked up their winnings.
