Gaming Mouse?

I'm wondering if anyone out there uses a MMO Gaming Mouse. I've been looking around at something that might make macros a bit easier than having a hand on the keyboard while I play.
I'm thinking something like...
Logitech G600 MMO Gaming mouse

I love the idea of a small keypad on the side that I can assign all my keyboard macros to and have at my thumb tip.
Any thoughts?

I do not have any experience with the mouse but we just ended up buying the Logitech 510 s keyboard and it is absolutely amazing. It has 18 programmable keys + backlight that you can control the color on the keyboard.

I should probably add that I'm using a MacBook Pro, running the client in in Windows through Parallels. A gaming keyboard would be cool but probably not right for my system. If I get a desktop though I'll certainly keep that in mind!

i use this, it's built like a tank
http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-m95 ... etal-black
going on three years now and still in perfect shape
as for if you get a desktop. i'm a fan of a few keyboards
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/landing/k70-rgb - my #1, yes; it is aesthetic, but also every single key can be turned into a hotkey (not that uo can't do that in options) but it's fully programmable and customizable, it was pretty much built for the modding community)
http://www.duckychannel.com.tw/en/ducky-shine-4/ - my #2
http://www.daskeyboard.com/daskeyboard-4-ultimate/ - my #3
all of them are wonderful and well worth the cost to me.
i owned the das and it ended up pooting out after spilling a bunch of coffee on it and it wasn't worth repairing
i got the ds4 last year and then i was actually waiting on the k70 rgb to come out; i ended up giving the ds4 to my parents but it was still a long time love. still works perfect too

That looks incredible! Do you find the macro keys are enough for what you need?

I had a bad experience with Logitech and a friend had a similar negative turn with MadCatz. Those posted above seem nice. You need to think through your play-style to answer your question. I am generally hitting around 9-12 hotkeys for various things (dress, starting scripts/processes, etc.). This includes nearly everything I do in the game, but your use cases may be different. Anything beyond those standard items, I probably need some time setting up additional constraints anyway so I don't need a hotkey for those. Try and map out how many hotkeys/macros you have and how many you can use with just 1 click (without additional setup time). This should tell you how many dedicated buttons you need.

So mainstream i know, but man this guy has serious durability and 6 macro buttons are enough for me. Also the on the fly sensitivity function is great when switching games.
I bet no one actually realized i was gone for a bit, but I finally defeated the evil trojan/worm and can connect to the internet. Be safe when travelling through deep web. Stay safe out there.

I ended up finding someone on Craigslist selling a Razer Naga Expert for really cheap because they didn't need it. So far...I LOVE IT!

I use the same mouse myself Though the sofware is a bit on the Ram loving side. Great mouse IMHO.
Good choice ( I also use a Steelseries Keyboard )

I use it on a mac running my client through parallels so I haven't noticed any system drain. But a good tip nonetheless!

Thanks! I'm on a mac portable so I don't have much use for a third party keyboard at this point. But lots of good suggestions on those too should I ever need one!
