Excelsior

I have done the all in one down load that has been put up by colibri and it is wonderful but i can't get razor to work with it . any help would be good as i do miss my razor Thanks Saff

did you check the folder named "RAZOR HOWTO" that's in that pack?
There is detailed information about how to apply registry patches to make razor work with that pack.

hello i have been using uo gateway and razor for a few years. yesterday i was able to log in to excelsior and create my character and played a bit then logged out. today i havent been able to log on with uog and if i log with just the excelsior screen i have no razor. im not a computer person so any help needs to be step by step in easy words thanks in advance

p.s. the settings in razor say no client and have no idea how to put the client in. thank you

1. www.uoex.net/guides/startup , download that package.
2. When you see the "installer" asking you where to install, type in C:\Program Files\
3. Go to C:\Program Files\Ultima Online - Excelsior Shard\RAZOR HOWTO\ folder...
4. Doubleclick the C_ProgramFiles.reg , and when prompted "do you want to add this to the registry" click Yes.

i did all that and uogateway still says no clients on screen i have uo client icon-mondains legacy client icon-excelsior client. i went on uog and clicked the button for excelsior and still says no client it also shows no installed files and i did the whole package. i miss razor thanks again

You can download razor directly from www.runuo.com/razor and install it. If you applied that registry file, it will work. When connecting with razor, connect to shard.uoex.net port 60. I think the last version UOG supported was 5.0.5 or something... And I'm afraid UOG is history because the author is no where to be found, he also doesnt want to pass forward the project to someone from RunUO...

Ahhh, I was wondering what happened there.. UOG was great while it lasted.. if you could get along with Phantom....
