just as the title says.
here are the stats
blessed
elemental slayer
use best weap
Damage increase 40%
faster cast recovery 1
hit fireball 10%
hit harm 40%
hit lightning 40%
hit lower attack 40%
hit lower defense 40%
hit mana leech 40%
hit stamina leech 40%
stam regen 10
self repair 5
spell channeling
looking to get 650 eds or so out of it but pm me and we can work something out
its on display at the Lava shop, 3rd floor i think.
