When moving through the orange walls, I was teleported to the darkness...I had to use the stuck feature to get out...

There are dozens of orange walls, which caused the issue?

This happened to me as well but it was because of the "don't Blink". I got blinked out while I was running and then ran into the entrance to the dungeon which cause the black screen to appear.

i think you just got sent back in time before the big bang.
usually only accessible by tardis, quite an anomoly

Hard to say. I was exploring. I can tell you it was whatever room Amerissis was camped out in...Sorry I couldn't be of more help. It was my first significant time in there and I was still getting the lay of the land...
